We are very interested in speaking with you! If this is your first time working for Camp, the first step in the hiring process is to fill out the New Hire Staff Application. You will also need to have three completed reference forms before we will schedule an interview.
Once the application and references have been received we will set up a time to speak with you and see if we are a match for you and vice versa.
Our camping staff is carefully selected on the basis of experience, education, training, leadership ability and interpersonal skills. Each staff member participates in pre-camp training in preparation for the arrival of campers. The staff's primary focus is customer service and camper health/safety.
Providing superior quality camp programming in a caring, physically and emotionally safe environment is our overall staff goal.
